DINNER --- ( at Watts Grocery, Durham )  salad with roasted beet, goat cheese and smoked trout | North Carolina flounder and finger potatoes and cauliflower | pannecotta

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- green tea
AFTER-CONCERT-DINNER --- sauteed Swiss chard | baked whole rainbow trout with lemon and fresh rosemary | lightly pickled red leaf cabbage | baguette | white wine

Jostedalsbreen glacier park) open-faced sandwich with smoked salmon, sweet shrimp, cured pork and brown cheese | cherries
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- tea
DINNER --- ( at Skei hotel) poached trout from Jølster lake | potatoes with sour cream sauce | pickled cucumber




  • gorgeous scenery route to Jostedalsbereen, farming and fishing land. Trout is local and tasted fresh.
