matsutake !

10-03-2015 Sat. cool, rainy. 


 WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and cheese | grapes | apple 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
 DINNER --- steamed egg custard with matsutake mushroom and dashi | Shanghai salsa | simmered eggplant | wine and soy braised rock fish with fermented fava bean sauce | salad | wine 









 
  • festive, something nice about season and life, represented by matsutake. 
  •  the whole rock fish is rather big, half fileted and marinated in white miso, and half with bones cooked shanghai style.
