8-13-2016 Sat. very hot, sunny.  


WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and cheese | watermelon  AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- watermelon | tea
DINNER --- watermelon juice cocktail | sea scallop crudo with  avocado, marinated watermelon rind, radish, shallot and pink peppercorn | braised lettuce with herbs | sweet and sour lotus root | baked bronzino with ginger and lemon sauce | rice | salad | wine







  • sea scallop crudo so soft and buttery, contrast with crunchy  citrus-marinated watermelon rind, radish, shallot. spiced up by marinated pink peppercorn.
  • watermelon juice replaced seltzer water in the cocktail.
