DINNER --- ( for O. and F. )  rice crackers | Japanese sweet potato fries | steamed shao-mai | cava ||  mini hotpot: winter bamboo shoot, baby taro root, king mushroom, clear noodle knot and tofu skin roll, with Shanghai hotpot dipping sauce | hand-torn pan-fried scallion pancake | lightly pickled Chinese mustard greens sauteed with fresh soy bean | sweet and sour louts root |tofu-curd "lion-head" | pan-fried egg noddles with purple cabbage, chive flowers,red chili pepper, beech mushroom, smoked tofu and Thai basil | sake || homemade  star chocolate bread | cognac
