baby scallops and Chinese taco buns

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- Chinese taco buns with caramelized onion, twice cooked pork and cilantro | pea leaves and baby scallop soup | wine



  •  a take it easy day 
  • baby scallops "ceviched" first, a little poaching in soup, taste delicate and good
