can't believe we ate the whole thing

3-11-2017 Sat. cold



WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
BEFORE-CONCERT-DINNER --- two pounds of fresh water shrimp, cocktail style with ginger vinegar dip 
AFTER-CONCERT-DINNER ---short rib soup with daikon, carrot , ginger and wood-ear | steamed short ribs |  sauteed fresh English peas with smoked tofu | rice | wine 








  • catch them when you can, fresh shrimp and fresh peas.
