WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | fruit 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
 DINNER --- shor rib soup with winter vegetables | steamed artichoke | fried rice with canton sausage, winter bamboo shoot, onion, smoked tofu and lightly pickled mustard green | wine 







  •  temperature goes down like winter, though some spring vegetables start to show up.

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | fruit salad 
AFTER-CONCERT-DRINK-DINNER --- wine | bread and cheese | pate | grapes || beer | spicy chicken wings | salad fresh mozzarella, avocado, tomato and watercress| steamed artichoke with seasoned lemon butter dip | sauteed asparagus with Turkish spice | baked whole sea bream with chorizo and lemon | rice | crepe with fruit and ice cream

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- (at R.B. with Ed) three pepper beer
DINNER --- steamed artichoke | stew of chorizo and potato | sauteed mustard green and mushroom | wine 













 
  • fantastic exhibition of Renaissance art, literately radiant with optimism and confidence.

DINNER --- pan-fried butterflied prawn with sea beans | par-boiled fresh garbanzo beans in shell with sea salt | steamed artichoke with lemon butter dipping | steamed manila calms with ginger rice vinegar dipping sauce | baked whole bronzini with sea beans, muscat grapes and dill | pan-fried baby potatoes |  avocado and fresh mozzarella salad | wine















  •  a few nice finds at the WF market,  quite fresh sea beans still crunchy, and fresh garbanzo beans sweet like fresh pea.
