fresh  blue crabs
- crabs are better this time

 DINNER --- pasta with radicchio, zucchini, pickled scallop and smoked mussels.

DINNER --- ( at D.D. Goose )  grilled Japanese eggplant with nuts and sauce topping | beef tartar | green pea ravioli | squid ink pasta | cocktail 
- food is not fussy,  pretty well executed. just slow in coming.  maybe short handed,  bartender left bar pretty often to attend tables.

 DINNER ---  bay scallop ceviche with Chinese yam and radish | parboiled pea leaves | burrata, tomato and arugula salad

DINNER ---  sauteed rice noodle with shrimp, bean sprouts and thai basil | simmered Chinese eggplant | scrambled eggs with yellow chive 
- some leftover ingredients

AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---  lychee 
DINNER ---  stovetop quabili pilau  |  simmered long beans | burrata salad | cocktail 
- it still took three hours, just as good as in oven

- Taiwan style has cured meat, beans and peanuts  Zongzi festival was about ten days ago.

- oven still hot, pizza has light summer toppings
