DINNER ---   steamed rock fish filet on bed of vegetables and bamboo leave and wrapped in baking paper | fish head tail and tofu soup in clay pot |  seared marianted duck breast with watercress | celtuce | rice | wine

DINNER --- ( at Kotobuki )  oshizushi (pressed sushi saba)  | salmon sushi with charred top | eel Kamameshi (Vegetable or meat cooked in a traditional iron pot) | saki

  • leafy herb with natural "curry"  flavor.  fry in cooking oil for a minute before adding cauliflower in the pan. simmered with milk.
