 DINNER --- ( at C.G. dinner Lara's)  herring and caviar snacks | borscht beef beet soup with sour cream and black bread | herring under fur coat ( egg salad with herring, beet,potato, mayonnaise) | gnocchi with beef in mushroom sauce | ice cream and apple walnuts | coffee | candies 








  • Some Soviet legends there 
  • herrings are particularly good, very different from other northern pickled herring, not salty, no vinegar either, almost like lox. 
  • one of the Moscow candy wrap design has Bolshoi theater and ballet scene.
