DINNERS ---  marinated and fried mini eggplants with bamboo shoots | fresh fava beans with bean curd | pasta with parsley pine nuts pesto sauce | kimchi pancake | pan-fried sweet peppers | pan-fried Holland eggplant laced with minced pork | 

Friday lunch club --- seasoned fresh soy beans in pods | white miso soup with egg tofu and shiso leaves | bento box of avocado cucumber sushi, eel sushi,   shrimp dumpling and parboiled tong-hao | mocha scones with whipped cream and strawberry jam
