- summer fruits full load from the farmer's market: honeyloupe ( not as good as honeydew) , watermelon, white peach, nectarine , plume, blueberries .
- first try on chilled Korean noodle soup, two things not quite right yet: fat in beef broth, noodle not chewy enough.
