WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | prosciutto  | berries  
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- steamed artichoke | sauteed pea shoots with sake | sauteed fresh peas, garlic scape and Spanish chorizo | sauteed curly leaf mustard green |  broiled lamb chop with mustard | wine
