 BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- saba noodles and cucumber
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- cherries 
DINNER ---  stir-fried golden peppers and eggs | simmered baby spinach | Shanghai salsa | rice | salad | wine 




 
  • more vegetables the better
