Si-chuan style Yu-Xiang eggplant

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- plum
DINNER --- yu-xiang baby eggplant |  pan-fried new potatoes | salad | wine 



 
  • the  yu-xiang sauce used ground chicken instead of pork,  and a combination of pi-xian paste and shanghai sweet paste
