Shanghai chao-jiang

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- orange bread | apple
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- Shanghai-style chao-jiang : smoked tofu, Chinese string beans, green chili, king mushroom, Chinese sausage, pickled radish and grated fresh ginger |  sweet and sour lotus root | simmered Chinese eggplant with fermented fava bean sauce | rice | wine 


  •  chao-jiang is  stir-fried mixture of many tiny cubed ingredients, integrated by Tian-mian paste and fermented fava bean paste
