new potatoes and fresh herbs

6-11-2016 Sat. hot, humid. 



WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---guacamole and crackers | mojito
DINNER --- steamed artichoke | simmered new potatoes in herb olive oil broth | sauteed fresh peas with garlic scape and pork | salad | wine 




 
  • a big ensemble of herbs into the broth for new potatoes, a whole head of garlic.  a recipe from the City Kitchen chef.
  • made a few things for T.L. beets/culture milk soup ,  shanghai salsa, simmered cod and mussels with romesco sauce and herbs, top with creme fraiche
