Vegetarian Nordic Midsummer Feast

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | Croissant | bread and cheese | mango | strawberries 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- ( Nordic midsummer dinner for O and F ) peach schnapps | elderflower Swedish whiskey cocktail | Norwegian brown goat cheese | Jarlsberg | roasted and smoked red pepper walnut  spread | mustard pickled mini eggplants | smoked and pickled tofu curd | roasted and pickled golden red peppers and king mushroom | pickled cabbage and sour apple with almond and seaweed dressing || mead |roasted beet culture milk soup with strawberries | simmered new potatoes with rosemary and garlic | three-mushroom vegan meat balls | creme fraiche and dill sauce |  wheat berry with sauteed fresh peas and garlic scape | strawberries | Swedish almond and chocolate cake
