 LUNCH --- ( at E. bookstore, Seattle)  avocado toast | beet ice cream
AFTERNOON-TEA-TIME --- ( on the ferry )  tater tots   
DINNER --- baked king salmon | zucchini fritters | sauteed sweet corn and red pepper |  fig and goat cheese | boiled new potatoes | kale and quinoa with onion,resins and nuts | wine
