WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | homemade orange bread | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEA-TIME --- rum cocktail | open-face sandwich on Persian soft flat bread : lightly pickled cucumber, cherry tomato, salami, smoked salmon, mustard, soft cheese, hard cheese 
DINNER --- rice bowl with teriyaki eel and sweet snap peas | dashi soup with napa cabbage, shiitake, tofu, cherry tomato and shrimp | lightly pickled cucumber, daikon and seaweed | white wine 










  • couldn't find the press sushi mold, the planned eel pressed sushi become eel rice bowl instead
