BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- Shanghai ji-cai wonton soup 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- French green lentil with vegetables | par-boiled bok choy | duck confit | wine

 
  • carried on whole week with whatever is available in the fridge and in the pantry
