a lot of slicing and cutting

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- homemade pizza leek and lamb sausage 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---apple|
DINNER ---  fresh mozzarella |  seared sea scallop | sauteed mustard green | Shanghai ragu | rice | wine 


 
  • scallop has been marinated and color turns dark, texture turns firmer. 
  • a good collaborated  cutting work to make eight ingredient Shanghai ragu
