dark duck casserole

2-14-2015 Sat. cold, high wind and snow.  


WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and cheese | grapefruit   
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- casserole of duck, chorizo  and black bean | sauteed knot-stem mustard green | wine 








  • a simplified duck casserole:  3-hour stove-top braising duck and simmering black bean, separately .  assemble them with garlic, shallots, and chorizo in casserole and bake open-lid  in oven 250 degree for 40 minutes
