cooking club back to gathering

9-12--18 2022 

 

DINNER --- ( for the cooking group )  wine | endive boat of Shanghai salsa | skewers of grilled little squid and leek | rice crackers and nuts || simmered daikon in dashi with okra, mountain yam noddle knots and oyster mushroom | cocktail shrimp with fresh ginger and rice vinegar dip | simmered lotus root and bitter melon | karmameshi  Japanese rice pot with eels and kabucha | Cantonese moon cake | Japanese layered ring cake with ice cream | green tea 

weekdays: fried rice with garlic scape, sweet pepper, tofu and peas | scrambled eggs with yellow chives
