DINNERS ---    salad with arugula blossom ( from farmer's market in Brooklyn) |  natto miso tofu soup ( premade mixture from Brooklyn) |  soba with natto (made in Brooklyn) | lightly pickled mitsuba ( from own garden) | pan-fried gyoza | simmered kabucha with caramelized onion | steamed shao-ma | pan-fried Japanese kurobuta sausage |   onigiri with pickled mustard green filling | boiled and fried little potatoes | Japanese style pan-fried pork chop | clam and tofu soup with black  & white mushroom |  steamed artichoke  with dashi dipping | pan-fried shishito peppers |  kamameshi eel rice with vegetables | sake | mocha  mochi with green tea
