AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- croquette ( potato) | yam tempura | chili | sauteed kale | rice | homemade bread horn with chocolate custard filling
- all good food for a very cold day

LUNCH --- ( at workshop) vegetable wrap
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- Serrano ham | bread | chili | wine
- bean chili from scratch, 6 hour simmering is not long enough even with three kinds of beans socked overnight.

LUNCH --- rice with stir-fried chive flowers and smoked tofu (leftovers)
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea | apple
DINNER --- Korean noddles with hot chili paste, zucchini, and wood-ear | pan-roasted stuffed jalapeno | sake
- Korean hot chili paste made jalapeno taste rather mild.

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- green tea
DINNER --- fries of Japanese sweet potatoes | sauteed king mushroom, fresh lily bulb petals and smoked tofu | pan-roasted long green chili with rice vinegar sauce | broiled lamb chop with Dijon mustard | rice pilaf | red wine
- Particularly enjoyed a hearty dinner after hours of digging through the deep snow.
