DINNER --- baked Japanese sweet potato fries | Tong-hao porridge with roasted peanuts | rice | simmered Chinese long beans with fermented black bean sauce

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- cocktail | oysters
DINNER --- Chinese spinach | stir-fried chive flowers, smoked tofu, egg-white threads and sliced flat bread | salad 








  •  Chinese greens are from a Chinese lady who grows them herself and sells them outside the market
