WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and cheese | grapefruit | grapes | apple AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- beer
DINNER ---  soup wonton ( shrimp, fresh ginger and scallion) with dashi broth and beech mushroom) |  steamed dumplings ( lamb, flat leaf chives, celery, roasted red pepper )  with spicy soy dipping sauce | pan-fried gyoza ( mixed vegetables) | steamed shao-mai ( admounte and fish paste ) | pressed sushi ( grilled eel, avocado, shiso ) | pickled seaweed | pickled young ginger | sauteed Japanese spring greens | white wine
