this week marks a milestone, an ending and a beginning.

Summer cooking, keep cool

DINNERS ---  cook Italian, Chinese, fresh vegetables from Farmer's market, and take-out pizza

 seasoned rice with garlic scape and squid 

burrata with tomato and endive 

BD special , take-out pizza 


farmer's market fresh shelling peas 

pasta with homemade fresh pesto sauce

Chinese steamed taco bun 
with cha-shao prok, caramelized onion,
 green onion, cilantro 

pan-fried pork cutlet with homemade spice rub 

sauteed kale, bean curd and red pepper
