DINNER --- ( at Marilu's holiday party) cucumber with red pepper hummus | tuna and turnip | cheese puff | smoked tofu salad | pan-fried Brussels sprouts with almonds | vegetable salad | wild rice | baked chicken rolls with prosciutto wrap and pesto sauce | broiled lamb rib crown with aioli | yule log cake | wine | beer

DINNER --- sauteed baby spinach with garlic and pine nuts | pan-fried new potatoes | boiled lamb ribs | wine 

 

• spinach and potatoes are very fresh and taste good. tried lamb ribs the first time, the cut was not good, at least for for broiling.
