BEFORE-CONCERT-DINNER --- steamed artichoke | stir-fried chicken with spring peas | fennel salad of the season | bread  | wine 



2nd experiment baguette, turned out perfect 













  • the steamy environment in home oven for baking  baguette is produced by pouring water onto volcanic rocks in the pan at the bottom of the oven.
