  • an impressive array of fishes and seafood, excellent cooking  ( or not cooking), focused composition and well thought paring. This place turns out food better than the M-starred HanTing.

  • the only Chinese part is a cut-up canned little corn thing. the rice is more in Japanese sushi rice style, but with rather bad mushy texture.  The best cooked is the lamb, silky consistency and good flavor by itself.
  • service is very good
