DINNER --- Persian flat bread with two hummus ( black olive & roasted red pepper ) | summer vegetable chips | spicy nuts | spellbinder || (Vietnamese) spring roll with marinated kelp knot and smoked tofu skin| (Japanese) tempura of okra | (French) garlic soup with poached egg | (American) wheat berry salad with artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, cranberries, sauteed red stem chard and green onion | (French) ratatouille ( green and yellow zucchini, tomato, shallot, red pepper, green pepper , carrot and parsley ) | (Chinese) fried and stuffed tofu in spicy garlic sauce | rice | Italian and French wine || Longjin green tea | Turkish sweets
