  • visited the famous Valencia central market in the morning.
  • went south to Picassent in the heartland of Bomba rice paddy, orange orchard and the t Restaurant L'Alter, making paella and paella only for three generations. you can smell the orange wood fire and the burning rice with broth yards away. the best rice dish ever had.
