leek pasta

5-18-2015 Sun. cool, sunny.  


WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | scallion pancake
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- simmered leek with cream mustard sauce | stuffed baby squid ( rice, chorizo, shallots) |  sauteed mustard greens | salad | wine





 
  • the leek "pasta" needs to be simmered longer to achieve the tender texture as in the dish from Carpe Diem.
