asparagus green sauce for pasta

BREAKFAST --- coffee  
LUNCH --- potato stew 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- olives and pickles |  pasta with asparagus green sauce and Maine pink shrimp, Maine smoked mussels | wine 


  •  asparagus green sauce: stems and shallots sauteed in  olive oil and a dash of white wine, then pureed to creamy consistency.  add salt and pepper, lemon juice and fresh dill at end.
