WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and  goat cheese ( crottin de champcol ) | grapefruit |  mango 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- mussels in white wine and leek broth | bread | fennel and fresh mozzarella | sauteed mustard green | steamed artichoke with olive oil lemon dip | wine
