homebaked dark rye bread with caraway seeds

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee  | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---  wine | guacamole and crackers 
DINNER --- cold cuts spread board | home baked dark rye bread with caraway seeds | pan-fried golden peppers stuffed with seasoned barley and smoked mussels | simmered spinach with tomato 










  • the dark color mostly from burnt sugar and chocolate
