AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- ( for CG Party )  Norwegian goat  brown cheese and rye crackers | spiced pecan and cranberry | fried shrimp lollypop with burdock stick | cava  || smorgasbord: (1)avocado, (2) home-cured gravlax, (3) radish with creme fraiche (4) egg with pickles and snap peas , (5) tuna and roasted red peppers with pecorino and pickled shallots | roasted vegetables with herbs: fennel, delicata squash, onion, red pepper, carrots, garlic, king mushroom, cherry tomato | braised ossobuco in vegetable sauce | pasta with vegetable sauce  | wine || pecan pie with ice cream
