cooking and baking in Spanish

DINNER ---  mojito | cheese | marinated olives |Jamón Ibérico | bell pepper and broccoli  salad | Spanish flat bread with topping anchovy, roasted red pepper, caramelized onion, beech mushroom, manchego | crudo: grouper, sea scallop, blood orange, cucumber, radish, mango, avocado, jalapeno | 




















Spanish chef Jose Andreas 
in our neighborhood crab house this afternoon


  • The flat bread is from Jose Andreas'  first cookbook, all ingredients are from the neighborhood Spanish store. Serendipitously, Jose Andreas was walking down the street and settled in a corner at next door the crab house.
