WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- paella:  sofrito, stock from dried shrimp, mushroom, garlic and herbs, fresh squid, bomba rice, saffron | steamed artichoke | fennel salad | cocktail

  • garden is doing very well this season,  perennials come back profusely.
