- two stems celtuce
- 1 piece smoked tofu , thinly sliced
- a handful wood-ear fungi, revived by cooking in hot water
- 1 tbs dried Goji berry , revived by soaking in the water
- 1 tbs radish pickles , chopped finely
- 1 tbs finely chopped green onion
- cooking oil
- salt
- 1 tsp mirin
- peel off the tough out layer of the celtuce, cut into slices
- heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, add green onion, and smoked tofu, cook for a 1minute
- add celtuce and wood-ear, saute for a couple of minutes, add mirin and salt, cook another 2-3 minutes, celtuce should absorb flavor and remain crunchy
- add Goji berry and radish pickles, mix well, serve hot
