LUNCH --- pasta with sofrito (leftovers) | inari sushi
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- tea | apple
DINNER --- stir-fried king mushroom, wood-ear and smoked tofu | kalbi (Korean barbecued beef short ribs) | rice | fennel salad | beer


  • Korean barbecued beef ribs (Kalbi) are broiled on a pre-heated cast-iron skillet.
