DINNER --- stir-fried cabbage with fermented fava bean sauce | sauteed zucchini, tomato and mushroom | pan-fried pork chop | fennel and bartlett pear salad | rice | wine
- making dinner in 30 minutes, thin-cut pork chop only takes a couple of minutes to pan-fry.
