DINNER ---  baked Japanese sweet potato fries | roasted spicy peanut snacks || Ji-cai soup wonton with egg and nori | Shanghai salsa | deep-fried tofu with miso+onion+tofu-skin sauce | poached young spinach with ponzu dressing | stir-fried eggplant with fermented fava bean paste and cilantro | stir-fried chive flowers with seasoned tofu | clay pot of simmered kau-fu, wood-ear, shiitake, carrots and lotus roots | rice || wine | sake || chocolate truffle and cognac | green tea and Japanese tea sweets
