WEEKEND-BREAKFAST --- home-baked  apple scones | Chinese  sweet rice dumplings in fermented sweet rice broth 
DINNER ---  Champagne | caviar, sour scream and avocado on crackers | foie gras and pomegranate on crackers | Beef stew with daikon, carrot and cabbage | sauteed Chinese purple greens | rice | cognac with Valrhona chocolate
