AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- watermelon | tea 
DINNER ---  mini fingering potatoes with mustard | sauteed silky gourd with needle mushroom and Chinese yam | pan-fried skate fin | steamed artichoke | fennel salad 













  •  salted and peppered, skate fin pan-fried to crispy edge, served with lemon.
