DINNER --- baked Japanese sweet potato fries | Japanese style pan-fried pork cutlet | stir-fried Chinese celery with golden pepper and bean curd | rice || homemade Sicilian almond cookie | tea 











  • the bread is a success, the cookie is kind of a failure, texture is wrong, hard all the way through, not "crisp skin and chewy interior" .
