making kimchi at home

 DINNER ---  parboiled dandelion leaves | squid and mushroom |  moroccan style  caramelized carrot and onion with cilantro and parsley 


salt napa cabbage (4 h) 
kimchi sauce ( puree mix) 
sweet rice porridge, apple, pear, onion, garlic, Korean chili powder, kelp broth
smear all in and closed up
