Lunar New Year special pot: Eight Delights

BREAKFAST ---homemade sweet rice dumpling in fermented sweet rice broth (酒釀湯圓)| oat porridge with seasoned kombu and bonito  | fruit 
DINNER --- grilled shishito pepper and leek | lightly pickled cucumber |steamed and pan-seared  Korean sticky rice blood sausage | pan-fried gyoza |  a pot of "eight delights" : mushroom, kombu  roll, mountain yam noodle bundle, tofu, gingko seeds,  pounded rice cake stick, daikon, chrysanthemum greens, simmered in dashi  | rice
